Michael Spalding, PT, MS, CES

Michael is a founding member and director of Woodford Physical Therapy. He spent four years in the US Army. Mike served as a tank crewmember in Desert Storm. Mike then graduated with a BS and Masters from the University of Kentucky. He specializes in orthopedic/sports injuries. Mike also specializes in Industrial Health and developed our WorkSmart industrial program. He is married to Kimberly has three children and enjoys golf and exercise. They reside in Lexington.

Kimberly Spalding, PT, MS

Kimberly graduated from the University of Kentucky with a BS and Masters in Physical Therapy. Kim specializes in Total Joint Replacements, Disorders of the Foot/Ankle as well as General Orthopedics. Married to Michael, they live in Lexington with children Dylan, Nicholas, and Kennedy. She likes exercising, travelling, and spending time with family.

Arthur J. Nitz, PT, PhD, OCS, ECS

Art is a graduate of Baylor University. He is a founding member of Woodford PT. He is a professor in the University of Kentucky Physical Therapy program. Art is a certified specialist in Electrophysiology and Orthopedics. He performs neurodiagnostic testing at WPT. He and his wife Jane have five children and live in Frankfort.

Terence C. Brown, PT, COMT

Terry is a graduate of the University of Kentucky. He is a founding member of Woodford Physical Therapy. Terry specializes in orthopedics and is a Certified Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapist. He is married to Debbie and they have five children. They too live in Frankfort.

David Lodmell, PT, DPT

David is a graduate of Bellermine University. He joined our staff in 2007. He specializes in orthopedics and manual therapy. David and his wife Beth, along with their four children, live in Frankfort.

Rebecca George, OTR/L, MS, CEAS

Becky is an Occupational Therapist with 18 years of experience working with orthopedics and hand therapy. She has a BS from the University of Kentucky and Masters from Eastern Kentucky University. She has specialty certifications in ergonomic assessment and as a functional capacity evaluator. Becky also specializes in industrial rehabilitation and is involved with our WorkSmart industrial program. Becky lives with her husband Joe in Lexington.
