Dr. Nitz received his master's degree in physical therapy from Baylor University and a Ph.D. in anatomy and neurobiology from the University of Kentucky. He recently retired from a full-time faculty position at the University of Kentucky after 40 years as a full professor. His clinical practice concentrates on orthopedic and sports injuries and electrophysiologic assessment. He resides in Frankfort with his wife, Jane.

Tyler specializes in the treatment of OA to prevent surgery as well as post-operative joint and sports injuries. Tyler resides in Frankfort with his wife, Erin, and their three children.
